The Challenge
With an estimated 50,000 vacancies the NHS has a well publicised issue recruiting nurses in sufficient numbers.
The challenge was to look to recruitment markets outside of the UK. The University Hospital of Southampton tasked us with attracting qualified nurses from the U.A.E.
The Solution
We worked with UHS to design a campaign utilising paid Social, Video and Search. This included a detailed keyword strategy to ensure we only appeared in very specific searches. The social element focussed on people with an expressed interest in medicine.
Tracking
To be able to get actionable data insights for UHS, we worked with the web development team to set up a host of conversion goals. This enabled us to track online applications, calls and user behaviour across the UHS recruitment site. We reported monthly results and continually optimised to reduce the cost per applicant. We also liaised with the client to ensure we attracted quality candidates.
