Boiler Blokes were looking for greater accountability from their media spend. They also wanted to be able to understand how their potential customers would respond to different marketing initiatives.
- We took time to fully understand their business. What became clear was they care passionately about providing the best possible service. To do this they focus on new boiler installations where they could control the standard of fitting and therefore feel confident providing ongoing service and maintenance. What they didn’t want to do is boiler repairs where they hadn’t fitted the boiler.
- Next we implemented our Lead Generation package. This utilises a paid search and social strategy to drive leads to their website. Bearing in mind their desire to avoid boiler repair work we had to create a very strict keyword strategy to minimise the number of irrelevant enquiries.
- In order to provide accountability and to give us actionable marketing insights we installed Google Analytics tracking on their website. This created the basis to evaluate monthly performance and provide useful reporting to the client.
In just 6 months we had taken their existing marketing budget, which was producing no trackable leads, to one which had created 142 sales enquiries.
