The Challenge
HighLodge is an idyllic holiday park and clay pigeon centre set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. They turned to Ads360 to help them generate more holiday enquiries directly rather than being dependent on third party holiday aggregators who charge large commission fees.
The Solution
We worked with High Lodge to fully understand their business and their key objectives. This included putting together a keyword strategy to ensure we delivered qualified leads and not just generic holiday park enquiries. We also instigated a highly effective social campaign that hi-lighted their proximity to local attractions and their great onsite facilities. We generated leads on their site, via the phone and through instant forms and developed a highly qualified audience that formed the basis for email campaigns.
We also worked with the client to support adhoc activities such as school holiday taster sessions for youngsters, Christmas events, Clay pigeon shooting and Corporate activity days.
Tracking
To be able to capture actionable data insights for High Lodge, we worked with their web development team to set up a host of conversion goals. This enabled us to track online bookings, calls and user behaviour across the HighLodge site. We report monthly results and continually optimise our strategy to reduce the cost per enquiry.
